FIELD DESCRIPTION EXAMPLE
Product  SKU * This is a unique identifier for products in your Store and will appear on the individual product listing pages. If you do not have existing product SKUs, you can create them for OOAK Online. Note that you cannot reuse the same SKU for multiple products. 1001
Product Name * The name of your product as it will be displayed to customers.  
Category *

Select the category or categories that best describe your product. A list of One Of A Kind categories can be found here. Make sure to enter category names exactly as they appear on the list—we recommend copying them to avoid typing errors. The value you enter must contain all of the parent categories within the spreadsheet cell.

To add more than one category, enter in a second category after the first, but separated with “//” (without the quotes).

Brand * Your company name  
Collection You can create Collections within your Store to showcase grouped products. Collections must be created beforehand in order to add products through the upload spreadsheet. Only one collection can be associated with a product through the import process. Collections can also be created and populated after products are uploaded. Click here to learn more about Collections. Description * A longer description of your process, whether a few words or a few sentences.  
Price * The standard price for the product  
Minimum Order

Use this column if you want to enforce a minimum order quantity for this product.

  
Variant Name 1-3 Learn more about Product Variants here.  
Immediate A product that is “available immediately” is displayed to customers as being available to ship immediately and will be displayed as public. Yes or No
Pre-Order A product that can be ordered but will only be delivered between a specific time frame. Your “Immediate” and “Pre-Order” columns should always have opposite values. Yes or No
Stock The stock you have on hand of this product. This number will decrease as shoppers buy your product.  
Shipping Start/End Date

If you selected Pre-order for any of your products, these date will indicate when the item starts and stops shipping.

  
Colour

Use this field to specify specific colour(s) of your products so that shoppers can filter their search with this criterion.

  
Gender Use this field to specify the gender of your products so that shoppers can filter their search with this criterion. Men, Women, Kids, Gender Neutral
Free Shipping Use this field to specify whether you offer free shipping for this product so that shoppers can filter their search with this criterion. Yes or No
Custom Orders Available Use this field to indicate if this product can be customized, ex custom colours, monograms. etc.  
Exclusive at OOAK Online

Use this field to specify products that are exclusively available at OOAK Online so that shoppers can filter their search with this criterion.

Image 1-10 The image columns should contain the name of the associated image file that you have uploaded. Each product can have up to ten images. If the image file name does not match any images you uploaded, it will be ignored. You must include the file extension (e.g. .jpg) in this field. Products with no images will be saved but will not be published until you add at least one image.
Note: If you had skipped the image file upload since you wish to point to a URL, you can add the URL as the value.		  
Video Add a link to any videos you want to display for this product. Note that each product must have at least one image, even if you include a video link.
