Note: Exhibitors may enter the Show floor two hours prior to opening each day, except for Opening Day (Thursday, November 21) when they can enter at 7:00am.
 

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN SCHEDULE

There will be two move-in days: Tuesday, November 19 and Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Please visit the move-in schedule page for more details. In an effort to simplify the move-in procedure we have put together a list of move-in options with five different ways that you can move into the exhibit hall.

BOOTH NUMBERS

 

To view your booth number, visit www.oneofakindshow.com/artisans and follow the instructions below.

 

  • Look for your name either in the alphabetical listing, by search or in the drop-down menus.
  • Your booth number will appear under your listing.
  • Then view or download the floor plan and locate your booth on the show floor.

  • Once you know where you will be located, make sure everyone else does too! Grab one of our show graphics or use our DIY template to create your own, and share your booth number on social.
  • Missing the "Exhibitor Since" badge on your Artisan Profile? Log in to your profile to add or update your start year so that your badge will pop up.
     

WHY CAN'T I FIND MY BOOTH NUMBER

Booth numbers will go live in the Artisan Profiles on Friday, October 18.
In order to ensure you receive yours then, make sure you have:

  • Returned your signed contract.
  • Paid in full.
  • Updated your artisan profile.

Exhibitors who have not completed the above three requirements will have a pending booth number which WILL NOT be visible on our website. If you would like to resolve outstanding payments and contracts, please contact Jessica Bradley. Need help updating your profile? Click here for detailed instructions.

NOTE: Booth locations are at the discretion of show management, and are determined when your application (or re-sign) was received. As always, the earlier you submit your re-sign, the better the chance you have of being placed in your preferred area of the show.
