SERVICE ORDER REFUNDS

 

Below you will find information on refunds for service orders placed for the Spring Show. Note that because orders are handled by different venues, some refunds will apply automatically and others will not. Please review below for more info.
 

Parking Pass

  • Enercare will provide a full refund for all purchased parking passes for the One Of A Kind Spring Show.
  • NOTE: Due to the high volume of refunds Enercare Centre needs to manage with other cancelled events, please expect delays on refund processing. Thank you for your understanding.
     

Showtech Orders
(Lighting, Electrical)

  • You can either receive a full refund or, if you are participating in the One of a Kind 2020 Winter Show, you can transfer your service order to the Winter Show.
  • ​In either case, you must contact Showtech (info@showtech.ca) to initiate the process as automatic refunds or transfers will not be issued.

Stronco Orders
(Forklifting, Shipping, Valet, Hard Walls, Pipe-and-Drape, Booth Furnishings)

  • You will receive a full refund of your total order. Please contact Stronco (exhibitorservices@stronco.com) to cancel your order. Do not call the Stronco office directly, communications are being managed through the email address provided here.
  • Due to the high volume of refunds Stronco needs to manage with other cancelled events, please expect delays on refund processing. Thank you for your understanding.

Storage Orders

  • Storage orders will be refunded. No action required.
     

Insurance

  • Please contact ExhibitorInsurance.com to cancel your order.
