STORAGE



PRODUCT STORAGE


If you require product storage space please consider the following points:

  • As per Fire Regulations, there will be absolutely no product storage on the Loading Docks. Items left there will be removed at the exhibitor's expense - the exhibitor will be invoiced for a storage space, labour, and/or forklift service.
     
  • There are a limited number of product storage spaces that may be purchased on a first-come-first-serve basis. Each product storage space is $115 in advance, and $165 onsite. Please plan ahead as the storage spaces are usually sold out before the Show. To pre-purchase a product storage space for the Spring Show, complete the Product Storage Request Form below and return with payment to our office.
     
  • You will be informed via email if you have been allotted a storage space.

  • Once allotted, your product storage space is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Informa Canada Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any product while on the premises of the Enercare Centre and this includes the storage area. We strongly recommend that you contain your product in closed boxes labelled with your company name and booth number.

Crate Storage


Empty crates and boxes of out-of-town exhibitors will be stored in a designated and blocked off section of the Loading Dock that is within the Fire Regulations. Please ask the Back Door Staff when you arrive at the Show for the location on the Loading Dock and be sure to have your crates/boxes labeled.

 

 


Booth Cleaning Service



The Enercare Centre provides an optional booth cleaning service. Exhibitors can choose from either a one time service or a nightly service.

Booth Sitters



Looking for someone to give you some temporary relief during the hours of the show? We alway get inquiries from One Of A Kind lovers with sales experience, looking to help out at the show. When we do, we'll post their information here so that you can reach out and find the right person to give you a hand.

Typically, this list will really fill out in the month before the show, when our marketing really kicks in and puts the show at the forefront of people's minds. So, make sure to keep checking back!
 


 

Please Note:

  • One Of A Kind simply collects contact information from interested parties--it is up to you to connect with, screen and negotiate pay with selected candidates.
  • We're always looking for looking for experienced sales people to add to our list of booth sitters. Know someone who might be interested? Have them fill out the form at the following link and we will add them!

RE-SIGN FOR THE NEXT SHOW



All exhibitors at the Spring Show have the opportunity to submit a re-sign form to automatically reserve a space in next year's Spring Show. Take advantage of this great opportunity and be sure to submit you re-sign form by the end of the show!

Please take a moment to review the procedures:

  • Re-signs will be collected starting Wednesday, March 25, from 8:30 - 9:30am in Cafe Soleil. Following this you can submit your resign in the Show Office (Room C2) from two hours before show opening to ½ hour after show close. Booth placement for next year's show is assigned on a first come/first serve basis, so it is important to get your re-sign form in as early as possible to increase your chances of getting your preferred booth size. 
     
  • Only one re-sign per person will be accepted.  We understand it is a busy time so we do not expect each exhibitor to hand in their re-sign personally. You can enlist an employee, friend or family member to submit your re-sign. We do ask that you fill in the re-sign personally so you can be sure all requests on the form are accurate. But we will not allow multiple re-signs to be submitted by individuals for their friends and neighbours. If you line up to submit multiple re-signs, only one will be accepted. In fairness to everyone there will be no exceptions.
     
  • Your re-sign form will be included in your Exhibitor Welcome Package with your badges, available during move-in (Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24).
     
  • Any re-sign submitted without a valid credit card or cheque for the $500 deposit will be deemed invalid.
    Note: you have 30 days after the show to withdraw your re-sign without losing your deposit.

 

HERITAGE CLUB


As a valued member of our Heritage Club, you will receive a special re-sign form. Simply hand in your filled out re-sign form before the end of the show and you will receive priority placement for next year’s show, as a thank you for more than two decades of loyalty and outstanding craftsmanship. Re-signs are accepted in Show Office (Room C2) daily, from two hours before show opening and during the show to 30 minutes after show close.

 

FLAVOURS


Flavours exhibitors will receive a special form and are simply asked to hand in their filled out re-sign form before the end of the show. As this section is a floor plan unto itself, re-signs will be collected separately and curation of the section will be at the discretion of show management.

For every successful applicant you refer, we'll give you lunch for two and $100 to shop the show--for you to share with your friend or splurge for yourself!

OVERHEAD ANNOUNCEMENTS



To enhance the atmosphere during the Show, there will be limited announcements made over the PA system.

Announcements that WILL be made during the Show:

  • Lost child or medical emergency
  • Fashion Shows, Seminars & Presentations
  • Show Opening and Closing Warnings
  • Pick-up parcels at Parcel Check
  • If you have become lost or separated from the person that you came with today...

Announcements that will NOT be made during the Show:

  • Lost items - If you find a lost object please bring it to the Customer Service Centre or the Show Office.
  • Deliveries - If you are expecting a delivery, please instruct the shipper or courier to go the Exhibitor Entrance on the back Loading Dock and check in with the Back Door Staff. The One Of A Kind Show staff is not authorized to sign for any deliveries. Be sure your package is marked with your company name and booth number so that the Show staff can direct them to your booth.
  • Paging - If you must leave your booth, notify your staff where you can be found and how long you will be away. If you do not have any staff, please arrange for a booth sitter or let your neighbour know.
  • Car/vehicle - no announcements of any kind.
  • Lost or declined credit cards.


 


Parking Passes



NOTE: Do NOT use your vehicles as storage or leave valuables in ANY of your vehicles at the show.
 

Cars

Submit the order form below with payment by the deadline below directly to the Parking Services Department. Your passes will be ready for pick up during Move-In at the Enercare Exhibitor Services Desk located in the Galleria outside of Hall B next to Salon 106.

Campers & RVs

If you have a recreational vehicle or camper that will require a parking spot please complete the form below and submit it to Ontario Place. NOTE: There is no RV Parking available at Exhibition Place.
