Note: Exhibitors may enter the Show floor two hours prior to opening each day, except for Opening Day (Wednesday, March 25) when they can enter at 7:00am.

 

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN SCHEDULE

To accommodate for a show moving out just before us, and to help our move-in process run as smoothly as possible, all Spring Show exhibitors are assigned a move-in day and time. This is the date and time during which your vehicle should report to the Marshalling Yard (Lot 852 south of BMO Field, accessed from Ontario Drive). Note, we will NOT be using the marshalling yard at Fleet and Strachan Avenue due to another event that is moving out while we are moving in. You may continue to work on your booth after this; your move-in time refers to the offloading your vehicle only. Please do NOT come before your assigned time, as your booth space will not be set up and ready for you to move in to.

You will receive more details about your specified move-in date and time when booth numbers go live on February 21.

BOOTH NUMBERS


To view your booth number, visit www.oneofakindshow.com/artisans and follow the instructions below.
 

  • Look for your name either in the alphabetical listing, by search or in the drop-down menus.
  • Your booth number will appear under your listing.
  • Then view or download the floor plan and locate your booth on the show floor.
     

  • Once you know where you will be located, make sure everyone else does too! Grab one of our show graphics or use our DIY template to create your own, and share your booth number on social.
  • Missing the "Exhibitor Since" badge on your Artisan Profile? Log in to your profile to add or update your start year so that your badge will pop up.
     

WHY CAN'T I FIND MY BOOTH NUMBER


Have you:

  • Returned your signed contract.
  • Paid in full.
  • Updated your artisan profile.

Exhibitors who have not completed the above three requirements will have a pending booth number which WILL NOT be visible on our website. NOTE: Booth locations are at the discretion of show management, and are determined when your application (or re-sign) was received. As always, the earlier you submit your re-sign, the better the chance you have of being placed in your preferred area of the show.
