BOOTH CLEANING SERVICE



The Enercare Centre provides an optional booth cleaning service. Exhibitors can choose from either a one time service or a nightly service. To order booth cleaning, submit the online form to Enercare Centre.

BOOTH SITTERS



The booth sitters list is a list of people who have expressed interest in working at the show—including general availability and relevant work experience—but it is up to you to contact candidates and negotiate hours, compensation, etc. We typically hear from people in the two months leading up to the show, so check the list around then to see who is available. Please note, One Of A Kind collects contact information from interested parties--it is up to you to connect with, screen, and negotiate pay with selected candidates.
 

 
 

Do you know someone who would be a great booth sitter at the show? Have them fill out the form at ooak.link/beaboothsitter to let us know their experience, availability and where they can be contacted and we will share the list with exhibitors who are looking for help at the show. Prospective booth sitters should have sales experience.

CLUB ONE PARTICIPATION



“Club One” is our One Of A Kind Show loyalty program! Customers automatically become a member when they purchase advance tickets to the next show.  As a Club member, they receive access to the Club Lounge, free coffee, water and newspapers, and a 5% discount on all purchases made from participating exhibitors. We encourage you to participate in this rewards program by offering Club Members a special discount. They show their card, and you give them 5% off their purchase.

Club One exhibitors receive additional promotion:  Participating exhibitors will receive special recognition in the Show Program and Club Lounge and be given an “I accept Club One” sign for your booth. If you would like to offer 5% discount to Club One members, please follow the link below and submit it by October 11, 2019.

OVERHEAD ANNOUNCEMENTS



To enhance the atmosphere during the Show, there will be limited announcements made over the P.A. system.

Announcements that WILL be made during the Show:

  • Lost child or medical emergency
  • Fashion Shows, Seminars & Presentations
  • Show Opening and Closing Warnings
  • Pick-up parcels at Parcel Check
  • If you have become lost or separated from the person that you came with today...

Announcements that will NOT be made during the Show:

  • Lost items - If you find a lost object please bring it to the Customer Service Centre or the Show Office.
  • Deliveries - If you are expecting a delivery, please instruct the shipper or courier to go the Exhibitor Entrance on the back Loading Dock and check in with the Back Door Staff. The One Of A Kind Show staff is not authorized to sign for any deliveries. Be sure your package is marked with your company name and booth number so that the Show staff can direct them to your booth.
  • Paging - If you must leave your booth, notify your staff where you can be found and how long you will be away. If you do not have any staff, please arrange for a booth sitter or let your neighbour know.
  • Car/vehicle - no announcements of any kind.
  • Lost or declined credit cards.

 

 


PARKING PASSES



NOTE: Do NOT use your vehicles as storage or leave valuables in ANY of your vehicles at the show.

While surface lot parking at Exhibition Place remains free during move-in and move-out, exhibitors will be required to park in designated lots (#852 or 858) to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

Cars

A discounted rate for exhibitors is available at designated outdoor lots at the Enercare Centre. Exhibitors may purchase prepaid parking passes. Your passes will be ready for pick up during Move-In at the Exhibitor Services Desk located outside Hall B next to Salon 106.

Campers & RVs

There is no RV Parking available at Exhibition Place, but there are limited spots available at Ontario place. Please note, electrical is not available and generators are not allowed. If you have a recreational vehicle or camper that will require a parking spot, please contact Ontario Place at info@ontarioplace.com to request availability for RV parking.
